Find and Repair Roof Leaks
Water at a ceiling or wall may have entered farther up the roof. We inspect the likely entry points, photograph damaged materials, and check the adjoining roof before suggesting a fix. Chimney flashing, roof-to-wall connections, skylight details, and pipe boots each need a repair suited to the component involved.
We also check valleys and roof edges for debris or damage that interferes with drainage. Tree debris or a damp surface alone does not mean a roof needs replacement. The decision depends on the condition of the roofing, the source of the leak, and whether the repair can be integrated with the remaining materials.
